Employment Referrals

Referrals to appropriate employment service providers are available to clients searching for employment and other employment needs. ECNWCI ensures that our clients are given the necessary support to be successful in their new community.    

The employment service providers' main objectives are to: 

• Assess employment readiness of our clients; 
• Provide pre-employment services such as resume development, cover letters, interview coaching or preparation; 
• Provide information of appropriate resources to clients as needed; 
• Orient newly hired clients to the workplace and support them to meet performance standards;
• Mentor clients to build their confidence on-the-job and retain employment; 
• Monitor client's progress in employment; 
• Provide intensive job retention support; and 
• Build relationships with employer partners.
